ADSi is pleased to offer DataForce for Law Enforcement - our state-of-the-art Records Management System.
Our goal is your officers safety!
A tremendous amount of data is collected at dispatch level including unit ID, X/Y coordinates, dates, times, offense type, street information, etc. However upon arrival an officer or deputy now needs to complete a "report". This report will include crime type, people, places, and things. This system includes a interlink to the ADSi master name index, master vehicle, and master location already stored in the system so your officers are not wasting time inputting information over and over.
No matter where your data is stored in narrative or in a keyed field you can find data, or partials based on a sliver of data. So if your searching for a phone number and only know the last four of the number put that into the search box and find the record
In two cases we do the quality assurance on the front end during the report we cross check data for accuracy before the report is submitted to the supervisor. The green checker will let officers know that report is good. Then we do a pre check before submitting to the state system.
Collect name once reuse many times this establishes a master tree for the person, vehicle or place. How many times has John Smith been involved in a criminal event? Look at his master tree and see all his offenses, warrants, safety flags, addresses, or known associates. Same for vehicle and locations.
Systems flow from one module to another property may be collected on a theft report and moved into the property and evidence system. If an arrest is made use the Arrest Wizard to finish this in two or three clicks of a button. Arrest data will flow to the docket in court as well as traffic ticket
We share data from agency to agency this will help keep your officers safer during their work day but it keeps you from inputting data. Now keep in mind data sharing is FOIA data only but if another agency has a record for Mr. Smith it may be pulled from another jurisdiction and updated. It also helps the jurisdiction it was pulled from as well.
The final resolution of the call. The officer says show me in service, 10-8, and the CADForce system will create report number automatically or at the digression of the department. This is based on your existing protocols. We shape the response to how your department already responds
We supply a standard API for another vendor to integrate their system.
