In 1981 our founder William R Perkins was challenged by a very large metropolitan fire department to take all their manual processes and help their dispatchers get their fire crews rolling in less than 45 seconds. This agency had 66+ fire stations and a variety of pull boxes, 911 was starting to arrive on the scene and needed a way to manage fire response and keep them on point.

Since then ADSi has developed software to suit the mission of dispatch. This includes Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMS all have benefited from tools developed by ADSi. From the 911 caller to the court room adjudication and finally into jail we provide tightly integrated seamless software to prevent duplicate entry as much as possible. Our first version of our CADForce software went live in 1982.  As a company ADSi has not looked back we have installed more than 200 agencies nationwide and every time we install a new site we learn how to improve the CADForce system. The goal is to get help to the caller on what may be the worst day of their lives. We have handled millions upon millions of calls for service during events like massive 6 alarm fires, hurricane Katrina, and Rita, the Fort Hood shooting. We have dispatched officers both in small towns and large metro multiagency multi-jurisdictional departments. We have taken the complex and made it simple for our users.
