Harnessing the power, the flexibility, and the familiarity of the latest in browser technology, ADSi has created the ultimate in public safety dispatch software, which will perform within the operating system of your choice: CADForceV, our 5th generation CAD solution.
At the heart of any great CAD system is the ability to help a caller on what may be the worst day of their lives. Whether they smell smoke in their home after a lighting strike, they have been in a rollover and are trapped, or there is a despondent person who is threatening a loved one... The dispatcher and the caller are at that moment the most important people in the world in your jurisdiction. What you need is their address.
We can establish an address by street, cross street, common place or nearby location. Once we know this location it is displayed on a map. We can utilize ESRI mapping or Google Earth to help locate the caller. We link to both ANI/ALI, and Phase 2 cell caller information.
Event type can as part of your SOG/SOP establish if one officer responds or if this is a multi agency multi jurisdictional response. So by putting in a call type of ACCINJ can send an officer, Fire department, and EMS units all at the very same time. This can be sent via SMS, print out, tone out, and many other means of communications
Once call is created it can be managed from holding queue. The dispatcher would pick personnel or accept the pre-planned response.
Dispatchers can assign units, monitor radio traffic, and change status of their responders with a single click of the mouse. This collects information down to the second and assembles this in the unit history, closed incident information. The ADSi CAD utilizes a multi-window view of on duty units, pending call queue, and working call queue.
The final resolution of the call. The officer says show me in service, 10-8, and the CADForce system will create report number automatically or at the digression of the department. This is based on your existing protocols. We shape the response to how your department already responds
Is easy to learn and easy to navigate with a heads up view and a map to help visualize everything. The CAD has survived huge calamity's like hurricane Katrina, Monsoon season in Arizona, massive snow storms in Montana. We have the flexibility to run in the cloud and interface to almost any other system including Rapid SOS, Mobile, 911, Aware, FUSIS, shot spotter, and so much more. As your job changes we are flexible enough to understand and program the CADForce system to help you now and in the future.
