We can establish an address by street, cross street, common place or nearby location. Once we know this location it is displayed on a map. We can utilize ESRI mapping or Google Earth to help locate the caller. We link to both ANI/ALI, and Phase 2 cell caller information.

Event type can as part of your SOG/SOP establish if one officer responds or if this is a multi agency multi jurisdictional response. So by putting in a call type of ACCINJ can send an officer, Fire department, and EMS units all at the very same time.
